3. Shipping & Returns Policy

Production Lead Time
Current estimated production time is 6–12 weeks, beginning after design approval and deposit is made.
Shipping Method and Delivery Window
Tables are shipped via various commercial carriers. Estimated delivery time after production is complete is dependent on size, weight, carrier requirements, and destination. We will ship within 30 days after the table is complete.
Under FTC mail/telephone/internet order rules, if we do not state a specific shipping timeframe, we are required to ship within 30 days of your order. If we're unable to meet the stated (or default 30-day) timeframe, we will notify you and either obtain your consent to the delay or provide a refund.
Freight Damage
Topotables bears the cost/responsibility if an item is damaged in transit. Topotables arranges freight insurance for all shipments. If your table arrives damaged, please do not refuse delivery — instead, note the damage on the delivery receipt, take photos, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@topotables.com. We will coordinate a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
Returns
Because each table is custom-built, all sales are final upon completion of production, except:
Items damaged in transit (see above)
Items that materially do not match the approved design specifications
Deposit Refundability
Deposits are non-refundable once design has been approved, except where cancellation occurs before that point per our Terms & Conditions.
Delays
If production or shipping is delayed beyond the estimated window, we will contact you with an updated timeline and, where required, obtain your consent to the new timeline or offer a refund.
