TopoTables LLC

Effective Date: September 2, 2026    |    Last Updated: September 5, 2026

TopoTables LLC ("TopoTables," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at topotables.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects when you visit it, how that information is used, and the choices available to you. It applies only to topotables.com and does not cover any other website, app, or offline interaction you may have with us (for example, e-mail correspondence about a custom table order).

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Who We Are

TopoTables LLC is a custom furniture business based in Harrison, Idaho, offering made-to-order tables. The Site is used to showcase our work and allow visitors to reach us; it does not process online orders or payments. All custom orders are arranged directly by e-mail after an inquiry.

2. Information We Collect

a. Information You Provide to Us

The Site itself does not contain a contact form, account sign-up, newsletter sign-up, or checkout process that collects or transmits information to our servers. The "Email to Inquire" links found on the Site are standard mailto: links: clicking one simply opens your own e-mail application so you can write to us directly. Any information you choose to include in that e-mail (such as your name, e-mail address, project details, or location preferences) is sent to us through your own e-mail provider, not collected or stored by the Site itself, and is governed by your e-mail provider's own privacy practices in addition to this Policy once it reaches our inbox.

b. Information Collected Automatically

Like most websites, the Site automatically collects certain information about your visit through cookies and similar technologies operated by our website host, Squarespace, Inc. This may include:

●        Device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system, and screen size);

●        Usage information (such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, links followed, and time spent on the Site);

●        Approximate location information derived from your IP address;

●        Referring and exit pages (the site you came from and the site you go to next); and

●        A unique, randomly generated identifier stored in a cookie, used to recognize your browser across a single visit.

We do not use this information to identify you personally, and the Site does not use any third-party advertising, social media, or analytics pixels (see Section 4 below).

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site is built on the Squarespace platform, and the only cookies currently placed on your device when you visit topotables.com are first-party cookies set directly by Squarespace as our website host. No cookies from outside advertising, analytics, or social media companies are set. The table below describes each cookie:

Your cookie choices.

Most web browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings, and you can find instructions for doing so in your browser's help documentation. Because the Site currently uses only first-party, host-level cookies rather than third-party advertising cookies, blocking cookies in your browser is the most direct way to limit this collection. If you disable cookies, some features of the Site may not work as intended.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" setting or transmit a Global Privacy Control ("GPC") signal. Because the Site does not sell or share personal information with third parties and does not use cross-site advertising cookies, there is currently no tracking activity for these signals to opt you out of; we will revisit this practice if that changes.

4. Advertising, Social Media, and Analytics Pixels

TopoTables does not currently use Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, the TikTok Pixel, the Pinterest Tag, the LinkedIn Insight Tag, Snapchat or X (Twitter) advertising pixels, session-replay or heatmap tools (such as Microsoft Clarity or Hotjar), or any live chat/chatbot widget on the Site. If we begin using any such technology in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy to describe it before it is enabled.

5. How We Use Information

We use the automatically collected information described in Section 2(b) to:

●        Operate, maintain, and improve the Site;

●        Understand how visitors use the Site (for example, which pages are most viewed);

●        Detect, prevent, and address technical issues or security concerns; and

●        Comply with legal obligations.

Any information you send us directly by e-mail is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss and fulfill a custom table order, and maintain our business records.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising or cross-context behavioral advertising purposes, and we have not done so at any point covered by this Policy.

We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site or our business, currently limited to Squarespace, Inc., which hosts the Site and provides the built-in analytics and security functions described above. Squarespace processes this information on our behalf under its own privacy policy and terms.

We may also disclose information if required to do so by law, to comply with legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of TopoTables, our visitors, or others.

7. Data Retention

Information collected automatically through Site cookies is retained by Squarespace in accordance with its own data retention practices; the crumb cookie is deleted at the end of your browser session. Information you send us directly by e-mail is retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, fulfill any resulting order, and maintain appropriate business records, after which it is deleted or archived in accordance with our ordinary business practices.

8. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), gives qualifying consumers certain rights regarding their personal information, including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to request deletion, the right to correct inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

As described in this Policy, TopoTables does not sell or share personal information, and the only personal information we collect automatically is the limited, first-party analytics and security information described in Section 3. As a courtesy to all visitors regardless of where you live, you may still contact us at the address in Section 12 to ask what information we have collected about you or to request that we delete it, and we will respond to the extent we are able, consistent with our recordkeeping obligations.

Other States

Several other states (including Colorado, Connecticut, and Virginia) have enacted comprehensive consumer privacy laws with rights similar to those described above. TopoTables' data practices described in this Policy are the same regardless of your state of residence, and the contact method in Section 12 is available to all visitors with privacy questions.

9. Children's Privacy

The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the information in Section 12 and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (for example, social media pages). We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those third-party sites, and we encourage you to review their privacy policies before providing any information to them.

11. Security

We rely on Squarespace's platform-level security measures to help protect the information associated with the Site. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Contact Us

13. Changes to This Privacy Policy
